My brother and I are mining precious gems here in southern California. We are currently seeking an investor to help us buy some of the equipment that is needed to mine. We are contracted through the San Diego Mining company to mine the Carmelita mine in the Warner Springs district. We do not own the claim but have a very good share in the mine. To keep our share proper we need to buy a skidsteer, a jack leg drill, and some other miscellaneous items. What I am offering for your investment is us to pay you back in one and a half years or less plus 20% of your investment cost, also I can provide wholesale gems directly from the mines and can currently send you some nice specimens or cut stones. The mine we are working is very rich and has produced many fine specimens, most of the work done there was on the surface and we are going underground where the big gems are found.
