A disc shape ( silicone or an elastomer ) with a hollow center and a slight protuberance ( highly elastic silicone or
elastomer ) surrounded by an adhesive, which is to adhere to the inner ear. The protuberance is positioned over the center of the opening to the outer ear canal where, under pressure, it dilates into the outer ear canal creating a prophylactic skin between the intruding pollutant and the outer ear canal and ear drum while keeping pressure interior and exterior of the plug equal.
