Maidana Research is an individually owned company incorporated in the State of Idaho, United States and with worldwide operations. Its main goal is to provide specialized consulting services in the technical-scientific field for small and medium size companies, to perform R&D activities through private and government funded research grants, to provide advice in technical matters as well as to perform information analysis as requested.

ExperienceDr. Maidana is a physicist and research engineer. He holds a Ph.D. in engineering and applied physics from Idaho State University, a M.Sc. in physics from Michigan State University (USA) and a B.Sc. in physics and applied physics from the UTN (Argentina). He holds a post-doctoral certificate from Washington State University (USA) as well as several other graduate level certificates (USA, Italy & Argentina). Dr. Maidana was a research designer in projects for the U.S. Department of Energy (DoE), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN), the U.S. Department Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Department of Defense, the International Committee for Future Accelerators (ICFA), for the Advanced Fuel Cycle Initiative (AFCI) and for the Measurements and Control Engineering Research Center (MCERC). He has 10+ years of experience in computational engineering sciences (design, modeling and simulation – CAD/CAE/CAM) and multi-physics analysis. Experience on large international projects. More than 20 years of experience in Informatics Technology (IT), 20+ papers and technical articles. He is a referee for international scientific journals and government organizations as well as for funding bodies and he is a contributor and consultant for the scientific-technical media. Dr. Maidana is a senior member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) serving at the Future & Nuclear Flight Propulsion Technical Committee and he serves as a scientific officer for the Mars Society Switzerland as well.
