Gold and silver streaming involves Hamilton Terrace LLC making an upfront payment to a mining company in need of money to increase their production or get their mine to production. In exchange for the upfront payment, Hamilton Terrace LLC will receive a contract stating that we will receive a percentage of the metal produced from the mine, for the life of the mine, at a fixed price per ounce.
