If we want to get children to engage we must speak to them in the language they understand and technology is now their language. The majority of developers and their educational applications are only transferring older, traditional children’s activities into applications but are missing the link which gets children excited about technologies. As a father of two children who has exposed them early to technology I have seen personally what technology can do for children and how it has challenged and changed them to the better.
