I need funding to finish work to convert my home in the beautiful El Sobrante Hills to a wedding and special events venue. We have had several events here and they were successful.
The venue is located at the top of a hill with breathtaking views of the valley below.
It is an ideal place for weddings, receptions, and business meetings.
The venue is located in a natural setting on a hill top and offers a contrast to hotel and commercial venue sites.
I began work on the venue late in 2011 and
we need to do some renovation work to the venue in order to be able to accommodate up to 200 guests which will increase our capacity and will increase our monthly income.
Our plans include building and landscaping an outdoor ceremony and reception area which will accommodate up to 200 guests. And to install more outdoor lighting on the 1700 square foot outdoor deck, the driveway and the outdoor ceremony area.
Included in the work to do is work on the outdoor deck and an advertising campaign
