Carlo Cianfrone mainly works on intellectual property, food law, information technology law, international and EU law.
He has assisted before the Courts important national and international companies, particularly on intellectual property law, brands, design and patents protection and in many aspects of corporate law.
He has advised several companies in extrajudicial matters on intellectual property law, to protect and enhance the intangibile assets (Non Disclosure Agreements, Trade-mark Licensing, IT Transfer, Software Licensing etc.); on energy law matters, with particuar reference to gas trading (obtaining permissions for import of natural gas from outside EU, re-negotiation of contracts imposed by Authorities, etc.) renewable energy and energy saving.
He has accrued a specific competence in food law, advising companies and consortiums on food products trading (health and hygiene legislation, food safety, labeling and advertising), protection and enhance of excellence products (DOP, IGP, DO, IG, etc.).
He is a frequent speaker at lectures and seminars organized by universities, professional associations, public and private agencies, as well as author of scientific papers in the field of intellectual property law, food law and information technology law.
