My company started out having beer produced by an existing brewery. The owners of said brewery sold the facility and closed its doors. The new owners declined to produce contract brewed beers. Locally no breweries have the additional capacity to take on production for another company. By purchasing fermentation equipment to augment the capacity of an existing brewery, I can bridge that gap and resume contract production of my beer brands. The goal is to ultimately build a brewery of my own in Louisville, KY.
