My name is Juan Buitron, I am 25 years old and have an ambitious plan to make money on the management of companies and enterprises with a heavy emphasis on the entertainment industry. 

My plan is to create optimized companies for niche industries. Focusing on three key aspects to ensure its success. First, marketing and branding ensuring our name is embedded in the subconscious of our targeted area. Second,  minimal overhead by optimizing operational cost. Third, maximizing profits by efficient work and competent management. 

I want to create a few flagship companies here in D.C. which then we can replicate around other metropolitan areas. Generating a profit from selling down to just a controlling stake in our replicated companies. Thus allowing us to continue pushing our flagship brands, while also generating residual income from our continued stake.
