The potential is endless, the islanders and tourists alike love street food and the gourmet truck revolution is just now hitting the island, there are already make shift places but very few gourmet places. The golden mile houses banks, insurance companies and the surf towns have a boat load of surfers and tourists looking for good quality food, fish tacos anyone.!? Nothing like this exists. Think of a chipotle on wheels. I tried the concept last year in a small town and it works, I have established a corporation, business plan and menu.
